Officer - SAP Consultant
Position Purpose
This position will be responsible for implementing and supporting the sales & distribution (SD) function / module in SAP S/4 HANA ERP.
Job Description
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD and LE functions.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Map business requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD and LE.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with stakeholders for troubleshooting, investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical/ABAP team.
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelors in Computer Sciences / IT / Software Engineering preferably with SAP SD certification.
- 02 to 03 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing two to three end to end life cycles of SAP implementation.

- Always has a “can do” attitude and be able to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel as and when required to company’s locations for business support purpose.
