Position Purpose Leading the off-shored management accounts teams for the Bestway UK Wholesale and Retail functions. Full ownership of the accurate and timely accounting and reporting, including month end close checklist, daily, weekly, monthly, management account reconciliations and management reporting. Job Description Maintaining the books of accounts and monthly close checklist in accordance with the company policy. Prepare the monthly and annual management accounts, P&L and balance sheet reporting and analysis. Ensure all P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations are completed. Preparing year-end audit schedules. Complete tax pack analysis and check for audit. Leading the management accounts teams, ensuring they are motivated and developed to perform to the best of their capabilities. Ownership of specific area reporting on Stocks, Debtors, Creditors, Prepayments, OPEX & Fixed. Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual board packs and supporting schedules. Coaching,
