Manager Finance
Position Purpose
Leading the off-shored management accounts teams for the Bestway UK Wholesale and Retail functions. Full ownership of the accurate and timely accounting and reporting, including month end close checklist, daily, weekly, monthly, management account reconciliations and management reporting.
Job Description
- Maintaining the books of accounts and monthly close checklist in accordance with the company policy.
- Prepare the monthly and annual management accounts, P&L and balance sheet reporting and analysis.
- Ensure all P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations are completed.
- Preparing year-end audit schedules.
- Complete tax pack analysis and check for audit.
- Leading the management accounts teams, ensuring they are motivated and developed to perform to the best of their capabilities.
- Ownership of specific area reporting on Stocks, Debtors, Creditors, Prepayments, OPEX & Fixed.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual board packs and supporting schedules.
- Coaching, mentoring and day to day oversight of the management accounts team.
- Collate and analyse data when required for any ad hoc projects, reports, and tasks.
Experience and Qualification
- CA / ACCA Qualified
- 05+ years of relevant experience (Articles preferably from big four firms)

- Fluent in spoken English.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong focus on solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of all financial reporting under International GAAP is required.
- Strong organisational skills and used to dealing with multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Eager to learn, confident, professional, calm, and resilient in all situations, being able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels.
- Comfortable to work from 01 p.m to 10 p.m.
