Position Purpose To get practical training and experience in HR Department. Job Description Assist in preparing Company's yearly engagement Calendar and rolling it out successfully. Assist in the arrangement and documentation of engagement activities and platforms (Round tables, Baithaks). Assist in managing the recognition program such as Quarterly Spotlight Award ceremonies and conducting 360 feedback for nominees, assisting in organizing Excellence Day. Assist in rolling out the VMV (Vision, Mission, Values) campaign. Creating Linkedin and internal communication posts of all activites. Assist in conducting organization diagnosis through various tools such as engagement survey, 360 and various others related to the core projects to help the organization to achieve its goals and business strategies.
